Customers will receive a full refund with at least 48 hrs notice of cancelation. Customers will also receive a full refund, free rescheduling, or pro rated refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-Shows or cancel inside the 48hr window will be charged the full price.
